In the present day is the Seventh day of the fifth week of Spring Observe & Area.
Sunday exercise: 75-90 minutes of operating, reasonable to simple tempo, cooldown afterwards, just remember to stretch!
Hydrate and stretch. All the time hydrate.
Make plans for spring racing. Write down your objectives for the season in your iPhone or iPad or on a postcard, and skim them daily. Desires are fulfilled by way of laborious work!
