PALM BEACH, Fla. — Aaron Glenn is going through what may really feel like the most recent chapter of Mission Inconceivable.
How do you modify a Jets tradition that has resulted in 14 straight playoff-less seasons and 9 straight shedding ones? How do you flip the Jets from losers to winners?
“If he can’t, no one can,” Lions coach Dan Campbell stated Tuesday. “That’s my opinion.”
Campbell isn’t alone in his perception within the new Jets coach. That’s the reason the Jets picked him out of the massive forged of coaches they interviewed in January. The Jets needed a frontrunner. They weren’t apprehensive about X’s and O’s or who would win the press convention. They introduced Glenn in to reshape the group.
