The brawling and chippiness on the first joint exercise between the New York Giants and the Detroit Lions escaped nobody. Nearly everybody was concerned from gamers to executives.

“Oh lawd,” Burns stated. “Daniel bought jiggy with it? Daniel was on the market with it? Yeah! Yeah! I’m going to want him to again up. Let his O-line deal with that.
“Daniel is a competitor; he’s a fighter. I don’t anticipate something much less from him, however I don’t want him in there. I don’t want him to get hit. Preserve him wholesome.”
Jones instructed reporters afterward that simply because he’s a quarterback it doesn’t preclude him from becoming a member of within the extracurricular actions once they escape.
