Latest incidents pursuant to phishing assaults has led to the unauthorised entry to private knowledge contained in two e mail accounts belonging to the FIA.
The FIA took all actions to rectify the problems, notably in reducing the illegitimate accesses in a really brief time, as soon as it turned conscious of the incidents and notified the Fee Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (the French knowledge safety regulator), and the Préposé Fédéral à la Safety des Données et à la Transparence (the Swiss knowledge safety regulator).
The FIA regrets any concern brought on to the affected people.
We take our knowledge safety and data safety obligations very severely and constantly evaluate our methods to make sure they’re sturdy, within the context of evolving cyber-criminality. The FIA has put extra safety measures in place to guard towards any future assaults.
