A decide has denied a request from Wealthy Paul to compel arbitration in a lawsuit filed by his former affiliate Mark Termini. Decide Patricia A. Gaughan of the US District Court docket for the Northern District of Ohio stated in an opinion and order that Termini has plausibly alleged that Paul and Klutch Sports activities violated the phrases of their agent settlement.
