A lawsuit filed in opposition to former NBA All-Star Dwight Howard alleging sexual assault and battery has been dropped, based on ESPN.
The dismissal was submitted by Stephen Harper, who initiated the go well with in opposition to Howard in July 2023.
Within the go well with, Harper accused Howard of sexually assaulting him at Howard’s dwelling in July 2021.
The go well with additionally accused Howard of “intentional infliction of emotional misery” and false imprisonment.
Howard denied the allegations, claiming he and Harper had engaged in “consensual sexual exercise.”
