Shohei Ohtani suffered a shoulder damage whereas sliding into second base throughout Sport 2 of the World Sequence between his Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Yankees on Saturday evening at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, Calif.
Ohtani was on first base along with his Dodgers main the Yankees 4-1 within the backside of the seventh inning. Teoscar Hernandez was batting and Ohtani determined to attempt to steal second base. He took off however was thrown out by Austin Wells.
