The Philadelphia 76ers have pulled again from their plans to construct a $1.3 billion area downtown. The transfer is shocking because the Sixers had simply acquired approval from metropolis council a number of weeks in the past.
The council had voted Dec. 19 to approve the downtown area after greater than two years of heated debate over the proposal, and the house owners of the NBA group had hoped to maneuver into what can be known as 76 Place by 2031.
