Stephen A. Smith has appeared on Gilbert Area’s Present and given a really animated account of what occurred between him and LeBron James.
In a now viral video from Madison Sq. Backyard, Smith and LeBron exchanged phrases in a heated encounter about Bronny, and Smith has since referred to as out the Lakers nice over it.
“I assumed it was weak,” stated Stephen A stated on Gil’s Area. “I assumed it was some bullsh*t — however, within the second, I knew that I used to be listening to a father.”
SAS broke down the entire encounter.
“We get there within the first quarter, I’m sitting courtside, I rise up after which I acquired my head turned. Then I circled and within the third quarter, he walks out of the timeout and I flip round and he’s proper there. Apparently LeBron had walked out of the timeout and I flip round and he’s proper right here in my face. He stated ‘Yo you gotta cease speaking sh*t about my son. You gotta cease f*cking with my son. That’s my son. I used to be like ‘What?’ and he was like ‘f*ck that!’ And I stated ‘Yo let’s speak later.’ And he stated ‘No f*ck that, f*ck that. You gotta cease f*cking with my son.’ I stated ‘alright although.’ And he walked off.”

Smith later recalled what he thought prompted the entire thing.
“I keep in mind throughout timeout within the first quarter seeing Bronny and Bronny seemed over at me and he had this unhappy look on his face. And I think about that Pops noticed that sh*t and he couldn’t maintain it and he rolled up on me.”
Smith acquired very fired up after that saying, “I wasn’t speaking about your son,” stated Smith. “I’m speaking about your a**…. all of us as reporters, as a league… needed to sit again and be quiet and capitulate to your s***, you probably did that!”
