Jannik Sinner and Daniil Medvedev will conflict for the fifth time this season Thursday on the Rolex Shanghai Masters, the place the World No. 1 within the PIF ATP Rankings faces the 2019 champion in a blockbuster quarter-final. Carlos Alcaraz will later meet Tomas Machac.
